J'ai découvert ce groupe avec le magnifique single
A Lifetime, sorti en 2005! Une chanson qui peut sembler joyeuse si on ne prête pas attention aux paroles. L'histoire? Une fille doit se rendre à la cérémonie de remise des diplômes mais décède dans un accident de voiture. Ses amis volent ses cendres et vont les disperser à la mer. Ecoutez et vous verrez! J'adore quand les groupes nous racontent des histoires de cette façon, et pas avec des paroles toutes faites qu'ils mettent bout à bout et qui veulent rien dire (pour nous lol).
BTE nous vient de la Louisiane. Leur musique a des airs de
Lifehouse, avec une sensibilité qui nous fait fondre nous les filles! Leur nouvel album s'intitule
"Paper Empire". Il est sorti le 12 mai et c'est
Absolutely Still qui fait figure de 1er single. Encore des jolies ballades à écouter tout l'été...
